By downloading, accessing, or using Allied Health Prep (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Allied Health Prep provides study tools for allied health licensure exam preparation in Ghana, including practice questions, mock exams, notes, and progress tracking. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as we improve the product.

The Service is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official publication of the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana (N&MC), the Pharmacy Council of Ghana, or any other regulator.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@alliedhealthprep.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit Service content without permission
• Share accounts, reverse engineer the apps, or disrupt the Service
• Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing material
• Misrepresent the Service as an official council exam or certificate
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law

Some features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown in the App Store, Google Play, or on the web checkout before you buy. Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are managed by those stores; cancel or change them in your store account settings.

Unless required by law or store policy, fees are non-refundable once charged. Free trials (if offered) convert to paid plans unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Content is for educational preparation only. We do not guarantee that you will pass any examination, obtain a licence, or achieve any particular score. Always follow official council notices, syllabi, and exam instructions.

The Service, branding, software, and original content are owned by Allied Health Prep or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal study. Official past papers or third-party materials (if any) remain subject to their owners’ rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion via our delete account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allied Health Prep and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or exam outcomes arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD 50.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protections in your place of residence require otherwise.

We may revise these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
